Shipping Policy

At Gulrahee, we aim to deliver every order safely and as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 4 working days from order confirmation. Certain high-demand or specially prepared styles may require additional processing time.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays in India will be processed on the next working day. Processing and customer-support response times may also be longer during festivals and holiday periods.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier service interruptions
  • Festival or holiday-related delays

Gulrahee ships through third-party courier partners and does not directly control their operations or delivery schedules. Delivery delays outside Gulrahee's control do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.

Orders of ₹10,000 or above are not eligible for COD and must be prepaid at checkout. Gulrahee may also restrict COD for certain products, locations, or orders requiring additional verification.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, destination, and available shipping service. The applicable amount will be shown before payment is confirmed.

For international shipments, any customs duties, import charges, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through the email address or phone number provided with the order. Depending on the courier partner, this may include the tracking number, courier details, and a tracking link.

Change of Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address and contact details carefully before placing your order.

If a correction is required, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address, contact number, or delivery instructions.

Gulrahee is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Gulrahee does not offer order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your products, sizes, address, and payment details carefully before confirming your order.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts before marking a shipment undelivered or returning it to origin.

If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the contact number is unreachable, or the customer is unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be dispatched again.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Delivery timelines vary by country, customs clearance, and courier availability. Any applicable duties or local taxes are payable by the customer.
